1. Orders & Bookings

All cake orders and masterclass bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable advance of 50% is required to confirm all custom cake orders
• Full payment is required for all masterclass and workshop registrations at the time of booking
• Remaining balance for cake orders is due on or before delivery/collection date
• We accept payment via UPI, bank transfer, and other agreed methods

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Advance payments for custom cake orders are non-refundable once a design consultation has taken place
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may receive a partial credit applicable to future orders
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds
• We are not liable for cancellations due to force majeure

4. Workshop & Masterclass Registrations

• Registration fees are non-refundable
• If we cancel or reschedule, participants will be offered an alternative date or full refund
• Participants are required to attend on the specified dates and times
• We reserve the right to modify workshop content and schedules

5. Intellectual Property

All cake designs, workshop materials, photographs, and content created by ARVVIND'S CAKE ATELIER are protected by intellectual property rights. Clients may not reproduce or commercially use our designs without explicit written permission. We reserve the right to use photographs of completed orders for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order or workshop fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our products or services.

7. Website Usage Terms

This website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use of this website's content is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
